Poster designs and printing

How big are the posters?

I design the posters with A4 printing in mind as this is the most common size for home printers. However, the design you will receive will scale up to A3 without loss of quality and likely to A2 size also.

Do I need special paper?

The posters are designed to look beautiful even on standard white printing paper, however glossy photo paper paired with a frame could be used to create a more expensive looking outcome.

The poster is printing badly/ doesn't look like the image on screen

Your printer, print settings, ink levels, screen colour calibration and choice of paper can all affect the outcome. In most cases you should have no problems but if you are experiencing issues try tweaking the following settings:
-Print quality should be 'Best'
-Borderless or Fit to Page - On/Off
-Paper type (especially important if using photo paper)
-Orientation/layout should be portrait
-Paper size - for most people this will be A4
-Colour - check it's not set to grayscale or black and white!

What file type will I receive?

You will receive a compressed (zipped) folder of the posters(s) in both PDF and TIFF image formats. So you will likely already have a software installed that is capable of opening the poster.

Purchasing

What is/ who are Payhip?

Payhip is a popular and trusted e-commerce tool which enables me to sell my digital download products directly to you. For queries about making payments and security, please find their FAQs page here.

How much money will you receive from my purchase?

Payhip will take 5% and Paypal will take 5% + £0.05.
Therefore, for an example purchase of £1.00 I will receive £0.85.
Posters are given a 'minimum price' which means you are free to increase the price you pay should you wish to.

How can I remove an item from my cart?

If you click 'buy with PayPal' but do not continue to pay, PayPal will remember your 'order'. To remove the item click 'cancel Payment and return to Payhip', there you can manage your cart.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are only available in exceptional circumstances.
An example of such case could be if you receive incorrect files or if we both agree an item has not been described accurately. Please contact me if this happens and I will aim to either resolve the problem, offer a full or partial refund or store credit.
If an error occurs please contact me as soon as possible, as waiting too long may prevent me from being able to send your money back on PayPal.
